The Data Controller informs that the personal data of the interested parties are processed in compliance with the principles of the GDPR, according to lawfulness, fairness and transparency.

DATA COLLECTED We collect and process the data strictly necessary to perform the requested services:
- name and surname
- telephone number
- e-mail address
- pickup address
The data is provided directly by users when booking the service or contacting us directly. This data is processed in accordance with the principles of necessity, proportionality, and data minimization.
PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING The data collected are used exclusively for:
- allow the booking of taxi service
- allow communication with the user regarding changes, delays or confirmations of the service
- comply with legal obligations
LEGAL BASIS The processing is lawful as it is necessary for the execution of the contract (taxi service) and to fulfill legal obligations.
PROCESSING METHODS Processing is carried out using electronic or manual tools, in compliance with the provisions of the GDPR, adopting adequate security measures to protect personal data from loss, illicit use and unauthorized access.
The data is not subject to automated decision-making processes or profiling.
PLACE OF PROCESSING The processing takes place at the operational headquarters of TaxiPachino in Via Pilo Rosolino, 46 – 96018 Pachino (SR).
RETENTION PERIOD: Personal data will be retained for a maximum of 30 days from the date of service, unless otherwise required by law. In the event of lost items or disputes, data may be retained for longer.
COOKIES AND NAVIGATION DATA The site www.taxipachino.it uses:
- Technical cookies: necessary for the functioning of the site and for managing reservations
- Analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics): used anonymously for statistical purposes
- Third-party cookies (where present): for example, interactive maps, videos, social links
Browsing data (IP, timestamps, operating system) are processed solely for anonymous statistics and to ensure site security. The data is deleted within 7 days, unless required by law.
DATA TRANSFER Data is not transferred to third countries or shared with third parties, except as required by law. Any third-party analysis or integration tools (e.g., Google, Meta) may process data according to their own policies.

OPTIONAL DATA PROVISION Providing data is optional, but failure to provide it may prevent the provision of the requested service.
AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING AND PROFILING TaxiPachino does not adopt any automated decision-making processes, including profiling.
