General Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Validity of the conditions

All bookings made through the site www.taxipachino.it, by telephone, via WhatsApp or email are subject to the following general conditions, which the user accepts in full when requesting the service.

2. Reservations and confirmations

Each booking confirms a taxi/NCC service. The user will receive a summary via email or WhatsApp containing:

  • Booked service details (date, time, departure and arrival points)
  • Number of passengers
  • Any special requests (e.g. child seats, bulky luggage)

The document received should be considered confirmation of the booking and must be shown to the driver.

3. Cancellations and Deposits

Cancellations of reservations result in the loss of the deposit equal to 30% of the total amount, paid upon booking confirmation. This amount is retained as compensation for the failure to provide the service.

The deposit It is not refundable, except in cases where the service is canceled directly by TaxiPachino.it due to force majeure. In this case, the customer can request a full refund or arrange a new date for the service.

4. Airport services and delays

In case of flight or train delays:

  • Please notify the number promptly +39 328 156 0273 via WhatsApp or SMS
  • The driver will wait up to 60 minutes After the scheduled time. After this time, without any communication, the service is considered cancelled.

5. Luggage and bulky items

Each passenger can carry 1 large suitcase + 1 carry-on bagFor bulky items (e.g. strollers, wheelchairs, musical instruments, sports equipment), it is necessary communicate it at the time of booking.

TaxiPachino.it reserves the right to refuse excess or unreported cargo.

6. Waiting at private or public addresses

The free waiting time is:

  • 15 minutes at homes/private individuals
  • 60 minutes from airports (included in the service)

7. Passenger behavior

AND Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited on board. Disturbing the driver or other passengers is prohibited. TaxiPachino.it reserves the right to refuse transportation in the event of:

  • Alterations caused by alcohol or drugs
  • Aggressive or dangerous behaviors

8. Liability and insurance

Vehicles are covered by regular third party transport insuranceTaxiPachino.it is not responsible for delays due to:

  • Heavy traffic, accidents or weather conditions
  • Strikes or demonstrations
  • Errors in the data provided by the customer

The Transported items travel at the passenger's risk.

If we are unable to provide the service using our own vehicles, we will arrange an equivalent alternative (e.g., NCC or taxi) and will then notify the customer.

9. Competent court

For any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of this contract, the competent court shall be the Forum of Syracuse.
